    We were in Hotel Al Mashrabia in Hurghada, Egypt. It's a nice hotel, good swimmingpool, nice people, beautyful see. If you want to dive in the red sea, this is the place to be. We want to go back as soon as possible.

    Dear colleages! I am a professor of St.Petersburg Financial University teaching tourism and investments. I was in Calimera Club with your company April 28 to May 5. I was impressed by high quality of transfer - fast and very professional. As to the hotel it is my 6th time there with your company - and only positive impression. The more suprised and dissapointed I was at my transfer back to airport May 5, 15-30. It was my fault - I forgot at the reception of the hotel rockets for big tennis. I discovered that in the bus at the first stop on the way to airport. I asked our guide Timur to call to the hotel. I was very suprised to know that Pegas guides do not know phone numbers of the hotels they are working with. At least that what Timur told me. He was not cooperative at all. I was alone with my problem with no support from the guide. I left my wife and child in the bus and took a taxi to the hotel and to the airport. Timur could solve the problem by just calling to the hotel - buses to airport come from there almost every hour.I hope it will be useful for you to know that your guide Timur was not helpful and willing to help. He was rude and un-professional which is bad for Pegas. I hope you will find the way to improve guide service. With respect, Sergey Kovalev, Ph.D

    I made a breast reduction surgery there in April 2012 ,and the surgeon Doctor was so professional ,his name is Abdmenem as I remember ,now am very happy and satisfied with the operation and the hospitality as well ,thank you soooo much !
